Hi sorry to hear you’ve been diagnosed . Hope you are ok . I was taking hyrimoz another form of adalimumab . Found the lung cancer in feb 2023 had to stop immediately . Have you started your treatment t plan yet ? Feel free to message me .

Thank you I’m on no meds for RA but started chemotherapy on 10/5 as other treatments not possible yet - I am symptom free of the cancer which was found by chance when had ct scan for something else but wondering if it could be drug related??

Mine was an incidental finding on CT as well . X-ray was clear before staring the biologic . They won’t put me back onto my biologic and when I’ve asked about it causing the cancer I was told the risk is for skin not lung but I don’t understand how mine started . I had pred , got relief when they started the chemo . Chemo finished October so only now gone back on methotrexate which I’m struggling to tolerate . Take care of yourself . There is a Facebook page lung cancer support uk I find useful .

Same here my Xray was clear before starting! I can’t go back on methotrexate asafter 15 years on it -tried to kill me too🤣🤣

I was told if susceptible (can’t remember exact wording) to cancer high chance you’ll get it!! So whatever they give us can also kill us!!

I’ve not been offered anything other than ring 24 hr help line! And my yearly appointment was cancelled at beginning of June now end July.

I am everything positive for RA so in cleft stick situation do I curl up and suffer or take the poison I’m crossing everything that I don’t flare up again so far so good xx

Many thanks for being here for me will look for Facebook group have found Roycastle site very helpful too xx

Take great care of yourself xx

I’m not on RA meds currently and Stills disease was diagnosed in 1979 aged 17. It started with a rash and flares produce a rash too. I’m 62 now with a variety of skin issues attributable to Stills including boils that scar and painful itching tiny blister type rash on my torso, lichen sclerosus and others. Last year I had cancer tests after bloods showed it but none found so far. Rashes and boils continue.

I wish you better days.

I totally relate to the skin rashes I had all those from taking adalimumab but since February -been off it- all rashes have disappeared!

Thanks for caring and do hope you find some relief and keep cancer free - being positive and telling yourself you’re not having it can help they say!!

Take great care of yourself xx
