Can anyone recommend good reusable cool packs? I get swelling on both inner wrists, but also aI actually am very sensitive to any weight laying on wrists. ( I assume swelling is RA and the sensitivity is the fibromyalgia?)
So I am looking for a gel pack that may be relatively light weight if anyone has any tips.
Thanks

‘Koolpak’hot or cold pack from Amazon. Measures 11”x5” so can wrap around or lie over wrist. Freezes or microwaves depending on requirement. Have been really pleased with it as you can put it on your back or drape it on your shoulder.
We've got a separate bag in the freezer with the contents of two large packs of frozen peas in it for wrapping around our knees! Just the job and cost very little.
I use the Koolpak ones from Amazon but somewhere in the deep freezer I have a nice little one I bought from our local hospital physiotherapy dept. It stays soft even when frozen, it is easy to mould to whichever body part you want to ice, it has a fabric cover and it can be refrozen time and time again. Unfortunately husband retired and ‘too over’ the deep freeze and I haven’t a clue where it is so I use the Koolpak ones. 🤔
I am so amazed at how quick everyone is willing to reply back! Thank you all. Apologies for not replying separately, fingers are a bit stiff today. Have just ordered TheraPearl packs x 2 as I think I will prefer the flexibility of the product.Have used Koolpak for Achilles years ago and found it a bit too rigid.
I did laugh at the garlic warning... Good point, Thank you all
Yes, that’s why I recommended Therapearls as they are not frozen solid which I don’t like (makes me want to visit the bathroom when I’m that cold!) so easier to put around a knee, etc. I sometimes put one under my base pillow when it’s height of summer and very hot. Hope they help!
