b12 injections

Hi I was just wondering if you could sign the below petition to keep b12 injections at my local GP not just for personal gain but for the elderly and people who have to rely on a very unreliable bus service as we are sort of out in the sticks.

Thank u. It’s such a draining thing if you don’t get regular b12 injections I hope your daughter is coping

She is thanks but she's always tired and has a tendency to pass out when standing too long. Possibly due to low ferritin too.

Done in memory of my wife who had regular B12 injections at our local surgery. During lockdown she spent an hour on the phone with a doctor convincing him that tablets were no substitute for injections if your body didn't absorb dietary B12.

Signed. Our GP’s practice also stopped injections during lock down. My levels halved the first year then again the second year. When the saw an Endocrinologist for Thyroid issues he wasn’t very happy & asked my GP to reinstate them which they have done but only every 6 months.

Signed. My dad used to have injections, then the surgery stopped doing them and put all the patients on tablets. They're no where near as good.
