Hi hope your all keeping well .you lot are amazing with advice and knowledge, I seen physio he thinks its mulders click in my right foot i cannot walk anymore than 100 metres its stops me in my tracks i have a arch support bought from amazon on physio advice, anyone else had this ? any tips on symptom control ? Waiting for another referral and xray.

You May need to see a foot surgeon ..I think that Is also known as Morton’s neuroma.There are various ways to treat it…I had mine removed,and although it did grow back it’s not mmuch trouble now.

Its driving me mad think ill pay private to get it sorted its literally stopping me doing basically amythink walking related .

I kno what yiu mean…if it is Morton’s neuroma is is really painful to walk.m. Try speaking to your GP…explaining what the physio told you & saying you’d like a referral to whoever your GP recommends as it is really making walking very difficult. If you can’t get an appointment write a letter detailing all your symptoms & say you will see somebody privately if necessary…then you can phone that doctor’s secretary to discuss costs etc.

indeed, mulder's click or sign is a test for Morton’s neuroma. If you are positive, it is likely you have a Morton’s neuroma.

It might be worth seeing a podiatrist. Many areas have a self referral form on the internet for podiatrists now. They will be able to arrange a better insole for you. They may also have links to a podiatric surgeon if there is one in your area. If not they will know the best people to be referred to for surgery.
