I am writing to ask for your help. We'd really like to get some up-to-date feedback from people who have contacted our helpline.

If you have had a positive experience of using the NRAS helpline and would be happy to share some brief details with others, I'd really like to hear from you. Along with your feedback we would like to include your first name and county/ town. For this reason, please send any details via a private message to me on this forum or email me directly at: sarahw@nras.org.uk

This kind of feedback is really valuable to us and can be used in a range of different ways, such as on social media to promote the helpline to members of the public and to potential fundraisers, for example.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope I will hear from some of you soon.

Kind regards,

Sarah

I saw your request on the daily feed. I did use the helpline a year or so ago and found it very helpful. The person I spoke with listened carefully and gave me details of info to help me, then also sent me some links as well. They seemed to understand. The issues were all around tiredness with RA, and hair loss and different drugs I was being prescribed. I would recommend the helpline to anyone who is struggling with the whole topic.

Hope this is useful

Best wishes

Ruth from Oxford.

Hi Sarah,

I’ve just sent some feedback about the helpline via email but it’s saying your email address isn’t valid. Could you confirm your correct email address for me please.

Many thanks,

Hi Julied24, thank you for message. I think my original message had a misleading full stop at the end, which I have removed. Sorry for the confusion. The correct email is sarahw@nras.org.uk

Many thanks, Sarah
