does anyone get a flare the same time each year?

Hi all. I had my first flare on my hands in January 2023 which lasted for a couple of months. I’ve had nothing since and didn’t start any medication. I’d convinced myself that my RA diagnosis was incorrect and I’d just had an inflammatory response to something and that would be the end of it. Roll on a year (exactly!) and I’m starting to get another flare, it’s identical to last year. I can’t believe it. I guess a couple of questions, has anyone else had this where they get a flare the same month each year? And is it common to get just one flare per year or do people usually get multiple flares? Thanks.

I find for me I get add on to health in November some of it I think is seasonal ie winter indoors more etc but also for me winter is a hard season so yes it happens in same time frame. My hubby noticed I am always flaring more in winter.

Yeh every January it can be bad for myself

Does it coincide with having gone through a stressful few months or very busy times under pressure? Are you in a job where this has been a tough time for you. I find the flair happens, not during the stress or times of pressure, but afterwards.
