Update on Cancer Diagnosis

Hi there. I've been battling bladder cancer for the last three years and more, had to come off all my RA meds on and off. Sometimes for up to three months. I was in remission luckily when all this started, so missing out on the meds didn't cause major problems. The cancer zapped my energy. I got fatigued very quickly and a a few joints started to get painful it overall it was OK.I have been under observation for my lungs since 2021 and have a CT scan every six months because something is growing very slowly. Don't know if it's cancer or what else.

I don't believe that MTX has anything to do with this. Even if it has contributed, I've had 14 years of high quality life thanks to this and a biologic drug, so no regrets on taking them.

Not very good news for you just before Christmas, there are many treatments now but may take some time to work . Every best wish that your treatment is successful. Take each day as it comes and treasure each moment x
