Why can't I access health unlocked on my computer, it says...403 forbidden, any suggestions please?

If you use an iPad try going into Settings/General/ re-set iPad….that might might sort it.

I added Healthunlocked to my email contacts. It helped. But I have contacted them and they said the would need my IP address if it continues.

I get the same error when using my iPad but not my iPhone. I don’t use any social media at all so it can’t be that. It generally happens to me when moving pages within HU, not any other websites. It appears to be sporadic so when it occurs I simply don’t use HU that day and hope it resolves itself by the next.

I find that switching off the wi fi, waiting for a bit, then trying again usually works . I'm on an android phone though.

Sometimes when I have a problem access a website I rebuild the url after deleting cookies. Because you had a 404 your computer could think that that is the webpage you want to go back to!

So I would type in healthunlocked.com to start, and then manually make my way to the forum I wanted.

Hi Poshcards. Have you tried clearing your browsing history, cookies and cache? Also, have you run a malware scan?

Hi, looked on pc, but I am too frightened to delete things, so I am getting my local computer chappie in to look at it all

It's not scary to do if you know where to find things (it's just about all I know to be honest but I do it regularly anyway) but I really do think it's wise to get someone in the know to have a look. Good luck - I'd be interested to know what the problem is.

It was the VPN security on my , we switched it off and t worked x

Call Admin & ask for the HU email address…..they will sort it for you….I had the address..but lost it somehow 😩

Thank you, I did this at beginning, too nervous to delete things, my friendly computer man is coming to sort it for me today xx
