Hi Lindyloo, I take Hydroxychloroquine and Citalopram with no problems (but I don't have fibromyalgia). Not sure if that helps
Update - I have now read about possible interactions. My pharmacist didn't seem bothered so I asked my GP who didn't seem aware until I mentioned it. She has now agreed to schedule me an ECG to see if it is causing any issues.
I have found the best person to ask about drug interactions is a good pharmacist - they will look it up for you in their information.
If your depression is secondary to your Rheumatoid Disease - does your treatment need to be altered? And I would be thinking: Are there other ways to tackle the depression other than medication?
