Email from NHS England saying from 27th June they will no longer contact you if you are classed as suitable for antivirals. Instead you contact your GP,hospital dept or NHS covid telephone number. Also from 1st October the way we get the tests may be changing? Yesterday someone told me that covid jabs are winding down. Now I don't know if this is true or not as it was news to me

Yes, Jackie1947, I sense the powers that be are moving us (socially and politically ... if not 'actually') further into the so-called post-Covid era (though I cannot comment on the vaccination programme as I have not heard anything about its future). I belong to this pressure group (largely by Twitter) which often helps with the information I find I need: forgottenlives.uk/ ... I wonder if the contacting of the GP is by 'phone as it can be risky enough already for those on immuno-suppressants going to the GP/rheum. clinic for routine appts.
I go to my GP and outpatient Rhuematology without worrying what I might catch. Pleased to say I've moved on and live my life to the full with no fear of what might be. I've moved on since the shielding days and although on immune suppressants and had covid last year mildly . Loving life as it's for living
