Update re MTX takes 6mths to work good news got appt next wk with rheumy!!

Hi everyone just had phone call from pals in response to email I sent yesterday she sai not a lot but it was going in their files also asked if staff nurse had rang me. No I told her he has never rung me she said he will now. She said I had appt with rheumy in July not sept. knock me down with a feather! Oh ok so I did hear it right then? Anyway lets get this resolved & we say goodbye Couple mins later staff nurse rings.., lots of blurb with apology thrown in middle of it, he talks over people didnt want to admit anything, excuses, going off track BUT appt in July then!!! no appt next thursday with rheumy because of flare up & nausea/upset tum. What do you think of that?? I am flabbeghasted. Best news eh Thank you everybody for all your help & support Ive been so upsetabout all this but it has really helped me being listened to on here very grateful to everyone

Thxs SpringC but he changed it again to next Thursday 1st June I can,t tell you how relieved I am, A complete turn around left me flabbeghasted gone from next appt september to appt next wk 1st June, Hopefully all reolved now & staffy wont sweep me aside again

PALS are one of the best resources in the NHS that patients have. I wish more people used them!
