covid spring booster and antibiotics / antifungals

does anyone know what the latest ruling is about having the covid booster with

antibiotics and/or anti fungals at the same time

I'm no expert but I understand you can have the jab whilst on antibiotics unless you have a high temperature

My GP told me when I went for my very first vaccine (by coincidence she was volunteering at the vaccine centre) that it was fine to have the vaccine on Doxycycline abx, but I’d check that it’s the same for all abx and sorry I don’t know about anti fungals. Good luck.

thanks it's probably the same as long as you don't have a temperature

Yes I felt fine and it was my own GP who I trust. Forgot to say I’m on a prophylactic low dose of a different antibiotic for the last 8 months and haven’t stopped that for the previous two boosters either (and won’t for the next soon) but did mention that to the lead sister in charge I saw at my vaccines. Always better to check.

I was on antibiotics for sinusitis when I had my autumn booster. I was told as long as I had no temperature and felt reasonably well, I could go ahead.
