Leg spasms

I had a cortisone shot in each knee about a month ago . This has helped me so much, however, I have been having leg spasms everyday. I wasn't sure if there was a connection between the shots and the spasms, but after reading some comments, I now feel there is.

Yes, I get muscle spasms with oral steroids increases also. I have extra Marmite which I think helps, but it may be a placebo response (I like Marmite anyway).
