i came off tachrolimus months back as migraine and headaches and tinnitus was bad. I was put on iberofen tabs and stayed on prednisolone. The ibuprofen didnt work so went back on tachrolimus and went on co codamol. Had phone call at my 70th party!! My liver results high so stop all meds. Apart frm steroids. For the past few months i have been in agony. Cant even dress and lift arms, 🙁 so blood test again this aft or tomorrow. Cant take painkillers…….. any suggestions.

Have you tried TENS machine some people it works for.

Have been on prednisolone fro quite afew years. Doctor would like to get me off it, but is the only thing that helps at all and am now on Teriperitide for prevention of Osteoporosis. Am now having problems with Hypothyroidism because of the Prednisolone and this is under investigation. Can't win it seems. Sorry not to be any help and to sound so negative.
