Like Ajay575 I would suggest you speak to your doctor to see what they suggest- especially if you are on any other meds. I hope you find something that helps.

If the fibro pain was bad I have been trying the pressure point technique and I have to say it does help reduce the pain down. When my hubby does the ones on shoulder blade area I can feel (after cursing a lot) the pain reduce down.

I have a gadget for doing pressure point massage on yourself. It was recommended to me by a physio, and is a godsend. So easy to get to the difficult areas on my back and shoulder. Here’s a link of one similar to mine

Best speak with your GP first as MadBunny says, but I find a tramadol and paracetamol combo has worked well for me for several years. The paracetamol helps the tramadol work better as mentioned y Ajay.

Back to basics Paul, you know what works. Hope you find your daily routine, subject to change!that helps get you back into things again. It takes months after what you've been through, as you know.
