Me and my weighted blanket- off topic

My husband when back from hospital and I decided to aid his recovery for me to sleep in the other bed as he was restless and I was going thro a bad patch of waking up a lot during the night.

So for almost 2 weeks I have been in the other bed and my sleep has not been great and its been taking me ages to fall asleep i.e 1am etc. then when I wake up my fatigue has been thro the roof.

Last night I said to hubby I will come into our bed and see if being in that bed helps. Now I had for some reason completely forgotten about my weighted blanket which I have used every night since bought last year to move to the spare room.

Last night bed at 9pm and I was out till 630am this morning. BLISS.

My fatigue not gone but at least I feel I have slept so not in a fog of no sleep and fatigue.

I had obviously just assumed my weighted blanket was not as essential to sleep as it proved to me last night!

I sure your hubby realises he has such a caring other half, even though she still needs her blanket. Just hoping you are both getting better. x

He got the ok yesterday re the bug but they found out he was super low on Vit D and Folic acid so now being given this (he has no spleen) so hopefullyt his will help with the fatigue he has had,

Just glad he is feeling better he was not good I have to say and thank you x

💡🤔🤦🏻‍♀️ The joys of fatigue, for me, involve regularly remembering things a day or two later.. 🙄. Glad you had a good sleep 😴. Have a couple of gins this evening though, just to be on the safe side 😝
