sulphasalazine

Just wondering. Been on methotrexate 6 months and sulphasalazine 4 months. Not happy with the sulpha as tummy troubles, worse tinnitus and I think worse mood. Got a face to face with rheumy in 3 weeks. However, been off both for a week due to hand biopsy. One symptom I’ve had for months went away when I was off the meds- really hot hands- sometimes to the extent I need to hold a bag of ice. Anyone had this?

The advice is don't stop until you have spoken to your dr treating you. I know you had to stop them for your surgery darling. xxxx

Hi I am on methotrexate and sulfazalazine but I have the enteric coated one , which protects stomach.

Could be the meds,could be something else or a coincidence. Get professional advice.
