does the nhs have day clinic where they take you in and the test that may piont whats causing problems cause i waited 5 hr in a/e for wellstop taking bp tablets which does seem to help but guts still not right and pain is still there not getting to the bottom of things this gastro is causeing probs being sick blown up feelingwithout food spewing everying back even water but must say feel better than this morning and whats that feeling chilled what nexttttttttt thanks if you can get the answer{s} i would be over the moon feel as strong as an ox sat down stand up a different person

I'm not sure. Have you tried Google to see if there's a local walk in urgent care clinic. I'm not sure what exactly they do deal with, but it might be worth a look.

yer tried 111 twice they checked me over as much to say your alive now go to doc but getting felling no one is taking the bull by the horns finding answers for me doc seems to be getting stumied by whatever is wrong just want to get to the bottom of it all thanks for reply

Are you under Gastroenterology Paul? If so they can run tests to determine the cause of your problems. My h's is excellent, leaves no stone unturned.

yes no more i have contacted them yesterday September earliest had word with doc also see if going back on erythromycin to try and get some movement / motility in stomach also anti depressant for pain relief if it was a fibro flare its gone now but getting wary of going to bed its done b4 where i wake up in a state/mess stiff/sore chest /breathing very hard but went otp with painkillers but it worked was absolutely chilled to the bone wrapped a down round me thanks for reply much appreciated

To be honest Paul in my health authority that would be a quick appointment. Though not helpful I hope it's a fruitful one. Keep warm. Do you have a temperature at all?

Have you done a Covid test? Being very cold and having difficulty breathing would certainly point to that adding to your woes.

hi wobbly i am wobbly2 no its not COVID if this sounds familiar to peeps when i go to bed i am ok 20/30 mins in bed it starts FLOOD with mucus have to put towel and have a toilet roll to clean the yuk up when get to sleep another hour/2 start with cough get up if poss getting harder day by day may breathing is gasping for air so thats prob (1) sos to go on but this lot to much

Give change/stop of meds time Paul, can take a few weeks out of system/for negative effect perhaps on bowel to recover,up the fluids, down then like a beer,if peeing ok.Listen to your body, hope you gettget rest and support you need.
