Sciensus - a good tale

I know I know so many bad stories about them but for those new to RA and using them their is sometimes a glimmer of good.

I ran out of my Baritcitnib due to blood works, so urgently got one done on the 4th for the consultant. 8th the consultant wrote the script and on the 12th Sciensus received it as urgent.

I called on the 14th to ask did they have script and when coming out and explained I was out of the drug for 4 days. Girl was great, saw delivery was up for 22nd called me back 1hr later with a slot for 18th but she was chasing to get sooner.

Late last night via text informed drugs on route to be here today.

When calling Sciensus and asked to choose dept I went for option 4 on my call to see if they had script.

I feel I am the only one sometimes who gets good service from these guys!

I'm with you, I've never had a problem apart from not getting my cytotoxic sharp bin once, which they sent by 1st class post when I told them.

I’m glad you have had such great service. I assume your medication arrived ok - I no longer believe the text messages to say it’s on its way as too many times despite the message it’s still not turned up. Once I even got a text saying I was the next stop and it still didn’t arrive.

I think like GPs it’s a postcode lottery as we are in the middle of nowhere yet always here as text says. It’s madness the difference in service

I’m another who has always had great service from Sciensus, in Oxfordshire and now in Norfolk. Guess it goes to show there are good and bad in all organisations.

I've had both good and bad service from them. I can't complain about the last 2 deliveries from them. In fact I complained about a problem with the app and that was fixed in 2 days!!!

I have currently spent a couple of weeks trying to get hold of them..no on line chat, have sent emails and got no replies and made many phone calls and waited for 1 hour a time. Finally someone answered the phone..the lady did say they are hoping things will improve now...lets just hope it does.

I'll remember option 4 but to be honest they've not been too bad in my experience but do think the stopping of the chat line was bad. x

Another positive from me, they have always been right on the ball. Really hope you get yours sorted

that is great to hear. Would you mind if I pass on your comments to them. I do feel sometimes I'm always contacting them to raise concerns so would be nice to be able to share some good news and feedback.

Yes of course - I always have great service from them and I am in the middle of nowhere and as soon as she realised I was out for 5 days of the drug they were here next day!

Thank you
