Such a lot to deal with Angel, it can be hard going. Is the new biologic helping you ? Is your blurred vision being investigated?

I too have RA, OA and spinal issues, possibly looking at more surgery.

If it gets worse when I inject on Thursday I have to stop it , just something else to add to my list of ailments.

I hope rheumatology can help you further if you need to stop injecting.

Poor you. I don’t know anything about biological but it would be an idea to make an appointment with a good optician and have your eyes tested - before you book tell them you want to have an OCT scan of your eye at the same time to see what’s going on - especially if you are taking hydroxychloroquine - you need to have regular eye checks if you take that . You will possibly have to pay for the scan but it will be money well spent. It could just be that you have very dry eyes and need to keep putting in additive free eye drops throughout the day.

Hi Angels54 , re the steroids it’s just that Diabetes can give you double vision as a symptom ( this happened to me when I got steroid induced Diabetes.) Just another thing to check. I’m sure you are fine but worth ruling out.

Good luck

Mx

When it rains it pours. There is a lot of crossover with the different conditions. I hope you are not too upset. Hopefully they can give more targeted help now.

I go to Specsavers, and they have a machine that checks eye health. Maybe book a check up? It is just part of their eye exam.
