NRAS have organised a series of Wellbeing courses for 2022 specifically for people living with RA or JIA. All the courses are hosted by experts very knowledgeable about RA or JIA, with some living with the condition themselves. The courses have been designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. We currently have available the following for June and July: Meditation & Mindfulness, Dance Movement and Yoga for the Joints.
