Who is eligible for a 5th ‘Spring booster’. I have had 3 primary and a booster already - booster in January. I am classed as CEV. It has let me book it for April but I don’t want to travel there and then be turned away

Hi Pat,This is the official list. If you are or have been immunosuppressed when having your previous four jabs you should qualify, so it will depend on what medications you are taking or were taking. (Not all CEV do qualify now though I think).

I think you would not have been able to book your 5th jab if you didn't qualify. But if you take along a letter, ideally from your rheumy, stating what drugs you take that will help on the day.

Hi, below your post there is a thread/post called 5th and 6th vaccine posted yesterday with a lot of replies. Sorry can’t recall whose post it was, but Maureen Gibson kindly included a paragraph re boosters from the Gov or NHS/official site and timings on it. You may have to scroll down a way to see it.

I saw my rheumy nurse on Friday and she said I would receive a letter shortly to book for the second booster, making 5 in all, 3 months after my last jab and will need one in the autumn too. X

I'd heard there has to be 6 months from last dose before you can have the next one, my last one was new years eve so not expecting mine till after june. Hopefully it's 3 months now.

Hi, Look on the NHS table above that Lola and previously Maureen posted and it says 3 months for booster. I believe some of the press got it mixed up and said 6 months.
