According to the letter I got from rheumatology it is- see attached photo .I'm in the East and North Herts NHS trust- it might vary. Please feel free to use it as an example if you want to ask your rheum department . Sorry it's come out the wrong way round and you might need to enlarge it 🤗

Thats impressive as I've not received this letter. I come under North West London. Well hopefully I get my fourth jab soon x

I must say I was surprised to receive it. I was never sure if I was eligible as I'm only on 10 mg of Methotrexate and I know the cut off point was 20 , and I wasn't sure if all biologics counted . I know that some did - I was under the impression that it was only intravenous ones.

I give up rang my gp 6 weeks ago they said we will sort it waited 2 weeks rang back told ward clerk i need this letter as when I'm booking it says I need proof from my gp it says when booking you need proof. Your in that group, She said government are stupid & shouldn't be putting this & they won't do it are they not my care givers I said anyway left it hard work !! So took achance booked in took my cv letter & my toclizimab box with proof so he goes off & checks come back says it's not on the list, the list indicates its for cancer renal & all them in that group & it's the group who are on Intavenous biological therapy & not the weekly injection, so I gave up got my booster. Its hard work.

I got my booster too. I got this letter on the 17th Dec so maybe it's a new development?

That would have been frustrating because you know you need a third vaccination and they have just either accidentally left it off the list or missed reading it when it was on the list. Here in Canada no one knows what’s going on and who can get it on which medications. Everyone says something different.

I thin k you will find it is monthly infusions of toczilimab only and other infusions Toczilimab is one of the drugs they are using to help covid patients and may not be on the list for a full 3rd vaccine but you are eligible for a booster after 3 months from the first 2 full vaccs

Hi Vonnie10. I’m on toczi and have never received anything re the 3rd primary jab but I did get my booster . I’ve not queried this as I thought I would be informed if I needed the 3rd jab. I inject every week as well. Who knows what we should be having. It’s all confusing . Stay safe 🤗

I'm on Tcz weekly injections as well as mtx 20mg and I got my 3rd primary. I had trouble booking it so booked a booster then asked at the vac centre and was told that I was eligible for the 3rd primary. I think the first trigger is Mtx >20mg and then a biologic as well.

I’m on toc injections. Just once a fortnight as otherwise sends my neutrophils too low. I’m not on any other medication for RA. I got a letter in October saying I was eligible for third primary dose followed by a booster in six months. By this time I had already had a booster having been invited for one by GP. Thought I had 6 months to sort it out but then that was changed to 3 months. It was not an easy task sorting out the 4th dose (booster)! But finally managed it.

Do you know what the criteria are? I had my 3rd primary dose in September because of Humira but a week or so ago my consultant told me that *was* my booster and there's no such thing as a 4th dose.

I'm a bit confused as news is reporting 4th doses in Israel as being an experimental thing, and they're checking if it's safe, but here people are already having them.

I’m not really sure what the criteria are! I had a letter from the hospital saying that because I was immunosuppressed a third primary dose was recommended and that this was part of the primary course of vaccination and I would likely be eligible for a booster in six months. My understanding was that anyone on biological therapy was eligible for a third dose. However I don’t seem to be vulnerable enough to be sent the pcr test to keep at home in case I get covid symptoms! So I’m not sure how they assess vulnerability!

Hi, I am on same injection and I got a third dose of Pfizer about a month ago. Not a booster but a third dose. I had gotten a letter from my consultant stating I needed a third dose. Hope this helps

I'm not on a biologic, just 20mg Methotrexate (although I have been on 25mg in the past and probably when I had my first jab) and I've been put on the list for having 3 primary doses and a booster by the hospital pharmacy. My 3rd was recorded as a booster but as it was Phizer I didn't worry about it and will try to book a booster when it's due at the beginning of February.

There doesn't seem to be much evenness across the country/health authorities 😏

I thought everybody was on the list for a 3rd vaccine. I can't imagine why you haven't received notification - unless your drug, Toclizimab - has something to do with it. But that would be bizarre.

I'm finding it difficult to get the 4th jab just now, although my rheumy dept thought I should hear soon. It's more than 91 days since the 3rd vaccine.

There doesn't seem to be a clear plan applying to all parts of the country.
