Wishing everyone a happier & healthier 2022 & hope you’ve all had a great painless Christmas. Feeling a bit anxious as having my 1st Rituximab infusion on the 7th January but I’m sure all will be ok.

Hope your Infusion went well. I am due my 4th Infusion in Feb. I just felt tired for a few days after infusions. After nearly 5 yrs with different medications that caused additional health problems Rituximab is the only one that worked.

Quick question we’re any of you told to isolate ( more than usual) after infusion ? Finding it hard to get straight answer on this question from GP Consultant.

Best of luck

Hi Haired, Thank you for you kind wishes only had part one of infusion on last Friday have second part of infusion on the 21st Jan. so far feeling great had a slight problem with the infusion as I could only take a slower input as heart rate shot up to 115bpm but was monitored throughout & all was fine. Yes like you feeling tired but so far so much better aches & pains virtually nil & my breathing is so, so much better, looking forward to part 2. Yes I was also told to keep free of colds viruses before next infusion as could delay procedure. Like you had many different medications so I hope like you that Rituximab is the one for me also. Hope your 4th infusion goes well in February. Take care & hopefully pain free.

A happy and healthy new year to you too. I had an infusion on 23rd December. Apart from feeling tired I am ok. I hope you will be too.
