The news item says that this is in animal studies so far. A vaccine to prevent and cure Rheumatoid Arthritis? If it is born out in human trials this would be a life changer, but it sounds too good to be true!

Very interesting.. but do you remember the average vaccine takes at least 10 years to get off the ground and as they don’t even have funding yet don’t let’s get too excited!

Interesting but I am sceptical. I am sure there is a cure or prevention out there somewhere but as AgedCrone says 10 years minimum and there haven't been any trials on humans yet. Who are these scientists? Where are these scientists? Sounds a bit dodgy to me but hopefully I will be proved wrong.
