Hi all, I have been on Humeria for 8 weeks now, the injecting is easy enough and I have no problems. I am in so much pain and the fatigue is unreal! I rang my rumey nurse a few weeks back and was told I cannot have any steroids until I have seen her and that is 11th November. I am taking the maximum amount of pain killers both codeine, naproxen and paracetamol! I am even using ibuprofin gel and another gel For a few days I have minimal pain and then the rest of the week intense pain! Shoulder, elbow, fingers, wrists and armpit pain! I really hope the drugs kick in soon. I am having to come to bed after my shift and sleep for around 3 hours and then drag myself out of bed for a few hours then go to bed at night time. I have to say this drug is not as good as mtx when it was working! I really hope it gets better soon I know it's a waste of time ringing up the rumey nurse, so I am trying to just get by. It has been intense at work, being so busy all the time and I am struggling with the pain.

Sorry to hear this. For many it works really well. I was on original Humira in 2013 for 16 weeks and it did nothing for me. I hope it starts to work soon. When is your next review? Do tell the rheumy nurse. I hope something starts to improve for you soon.
