Covid booster text booking

I received my text asking me to book my booster, but when I went online it said I was not eligible? Wait to receive a text! I called 119 and they got exactly the same result. Has anyone else experienced difficulty?

Is it possible you could ask GP surgery ?

Tried that, not at all helpful. "Nothing to do with us " they said. I went to Lloyds Pharmacy who were more help but they said they wont be able to book for a couple of weeks

I had the same problem. I rang the GP and they said „no idea we don‘t have any vaccine yet and as far as we know no booster appointments can be booked yet anyway.“

The GP has actually kindly sorted it and I am booked for my booster next week. So maybe keep trying to push them!

I've given up with my doctors, my mum had to have blood test, she went to hospital last week and when she came out of ger appointment the phlebotomy was closed so they advised call doctors!! well I did it for her and was told nothing till 30th September, I lost my cool and they gave her last Friday but I had to get a friend to take her, I'm off all this week and they couldn't oblige😤

Actually it has just occurred to me that there should be 6 months gap from last jab , and I am 2 weeks short of that. Wonder if that is an issue?
