Hello Maggie, Benepali was my very first biologic, It did work, brilliant, but unfortunately my neutrophils dropped too low to continue. After that I had another biologic with a strange name tocxyxillab or something, that did the same, but Orancia which is abatacept, brilliant, been on it for a year. It's trial and error till you find the right one, so good luck.

Hi your post is interesting. I’ve been on Benepali for 16 months and been brilliant but have recently had a blood test that showed my neutrophils low. Can you remember what yours were?? The Rheumatologist is talking to haematologist at the moment about it all. Thanks xx

Hi I've been on Benepali for two years now; it didn't work for a while but now it is amazing! I stuck to it because I have no side effects from it. Good luck! xx
