This has the odd feature that at one point in the questions it will only accept negative feedback. If you have positive experiences like me it won’t move on. Not exactly objective!

I know the question you are talking about, but it took me a whole to spot that second from the bottom there was an option N/A I was not dissatisfied
Ah that explains why I couldn't remember it being a problem - you've obviously got a better memory than me!
I stopped filling it in for this reason. A very badly drafted questionnaire.
The same happened with me...if i did not pick one of their answers it would not move on.Not a very good survey......why ask us to help.....when they choose the answers....
Again it a matter of not listening......they only hear what they want to hear.......
