Funeral decision

Thank you to everyone who replied to me. I really appreciate your time and help in this matter. I have made the decision not to go and have sent a Mass card and a letter explaining why I can't go. I hope they understand but really feel that it is the safest thing to do. Thanks again. It is feels good to be able to tell you about my worries knowing that you all understand. God bless. x

I am sure that they will understand given the circumstances that we all face. They will appreciate the card and letter.

Perhaps you can get together at a later time with them to remember your friend. In my experience it's always after the funeral that is worse. When everyone has gone and the focus of the funeral has gone. Maybe getting together in the future will be a nice way to remember her?

Thank you. I haven't heard yet if they are streaming it but it would be lovely if they did. I think now since there are no restrictions on numbers there are fewer services being streamed but I will check.
