Amazing how things change so quickly

First walk with Darcy in 10days . It catches me unawares every time how the weather effects me . Since the hot weather arrived boy have I struggled. Joints on strike walking stick dusted off moving in slow motion and furniture used to hobble my way round the house. Hadn’t realised until I went for a walk this morning striding out and not a hobble to be seen . Loved every minute. 😁 so did Darcy bless her who has had her own struggles with the weather .

So pleased both you and Darcy managed to get out today, it's been so unbearably hot for us let alone our furry friends. Yes it never ceases to amaze me how the weather for some hot for others cold affects us and it really is a case of as you so well describe. My joints have been really bad this time round with heat. On Thursday I couldn’t bend my left foot at all. The right one wasn’t much better. Today is lovely I can walk & breathe

The heat doesn't usually affect me that much but it certainly did this time.

Aah, how nice to hear you've managed to get out for a walk - and enjoyed it!! 😆

I'm soooo relieved it's a bit cooler today too. I don't know anyone who's enjoyed it!!

Glad Darcy is feeling happier. The heat is horrible for them. My cats have spent the last few days just lolling around (even by cat standards)! Thought it must be a bit cooler yesterday evening as they started having fisticuffs whilst both up on the mantlepiece - despite a stern telling off!! 🙀xx
