Hi, following on from my last post I have an appointment for 12 august so I’m happy with that. The woman I spoke to was very understanding and said if I have any problems to give them a call back. I’ll stick with the naproxen for now and see how that goes.
Thanks for all your replies/advice, it really helps as you all know what I’m going thru

Glad you got another so soon. Hope it goes well. I was meant to be going for 1st appt tomorrow, been waiting 8 months. I'd had 2 reminders in the past week only for them to cancel it this afternoon. I've been fuming since then. No reason given.
I’m very wary of naproxen. I was on it for about a year and started to feel very weak on top of the RA symptoms. My haemoglobin was very low , near needing a transfusion. My GP told me to immediately stop taking it and advised an endoscopy and colonoscopy in case I was losing blood from somewhere ( the results came back ok thankfully). In Greece you’re only allowed to be on naproxen for a maximum of 17 days my Greek friend told me. I don’t want to scare you . This is just my e perience.
