what's everyone's thoughts on Olumiant (baricitnib) I have been on it a year now and think it's not working anymore

Why do you think it is not working ? I have been on it a year now with just the occasional twinge but it is still working ! Good luck to you..

Medication can stop working . If your having problems contact your team . I’m on this and just had my first flare in 5 months. I’m so hoping it’s just a blip it’s been a great drug for me .

Unfortunately I had a similar thing with baricitanib not working after a period of a year but I feel in my case it was because I kept getting infections so had to keep on stop starting it. Hang in there if you can but maybe worth a check if you can get to see your rheumatologist. I hope it’s just a blip and you feel better soon because I did find it’s the best drug I’ve had and I’ve tried and failed with a lot. Good luck fingers crossed for a blip.
