I am having my PIP review phone call tomorrow morning after 5 months of waiting, not that I am looking forward to it. Any advice on what to say/what not to say please will be much appreciated. Unfortunately I didn't think to copy my form although I think I can remember 90% of confidently. Thanks x
Write down what you say and don't be rushed the person questioning will be either punching in or writing down your response so if you're unsure ask them to repeat the question. Don't waffle or repeat things not relevant to the question being asked either. I'd reread an application form to jog the brain cells and don't say" oh you know" and good luck. Notes whatever the outcome do help.

Yes the worst days but tell the truth as over egging things I think may be what causes so many problems. And they catch people out. I'd look to explain sensibly and calmly.
Always answer your questions as the worst day never say sometimes or on a good day they will only here good day .. in my interview I said I was lucky to get 2 good days a month the report stated I only had 2 bad days in the last month . So be clear and confirm your answer if need be ..
make some bullet points to remind yourself how bad things are on your worst day or if you need to have help in the kitchen , getting help with shoes etc . Good luck . Even if you don’t get it ( most don’t on application) there is always Mandatory. Xx

If you fail on your first application you can get a copy of the report and counter argue and they can reconsider. I got zero points for both originally and then went to mandatory where I got standard for both... it’s designed to make it difficult so people give up .

Be prepared for them to ask the same questions repeatedly. Try to have someone in the room when you're doing your assessment and have your phone on speaker phone. Also be prepared for them to time how long you hold the phone in your hand and describe how you are sitting holding it.
