I take leflunomide everyday and imraldi injection once a fortnight. For the last few months I've started getting RA pains on around day 9 meaning that it wears off sooner than it used to. Does anyone else have this? I was asked before if I wanted to change onto ritixamub (Sorry if spelt wrong). I'm a bit weary as I'm worried about having a drip and getting side effects that last a long while. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

Some of my biologics did wear off and I changed to other ones. Probably a good time to chat about it to the rheumy . I get TCZ infusion now monthly and it been brilliant x good luck with whatever they say.
Same happened to me! Ten years on super drug then it stopped working. Had real issues with my knee a lot of pain. Dr switched me to Baricitinib tablets now six months on pain in knee has almost disappeared. What a blessing. So try for new medicine! Good luck 😉
Thank you. I was expecting imraldi to be a Superdrug but have to admit I'm a bit disappointed. I will give my team a call. Thanks.
