A strange question?

I have a cold sensation going down my left leg, only my left leg. It’s driving me mad. It’s there all the time, particularly bad when exercising. It runs down the outside of my leg. It feels like my jeans are damp or I’m sitting in a draught. It’s even there when I’m in bed, it’s like icy cold but when touching my leg it’s warm 🤨. Anyone throw any light on what it could be?

Perhaps the nerve running down that side of your leg has been pinched. Pinched nerves/neuropathy can cause tingling or hot and cold sensations. I think perhaps the sural nerve that starts at base of you back runs down there....time to talk to GP.

Yes makes sense. I had corda equina a few years back & the injury was on the left side. I’ve been doing a Saracens online workout so reckon I’ve aggravated it 😩Speaking my rheumatologist on Monday so just wanted to check that it’s nothing to do with RD.

I suspect that this might be sciatica coming from your back. You may be asked to rest for a bit to alleviate it. Hope you have an enlightening consultation.

If it’s anything like last time it was all over in 5mins. I’ve got so many things that I want to ask I didn’t know if I was wasting precious time by asking about my leg which probably hasn’t got anything to do with RD.
