Morning all, hope you are all well x I take a weekly injection of erelzi (etanercept) and sulfadiazine tablets, are we safe to have either covid vaccines? Thankyou in advance xx

Basically you can have either vaccine currently available.

Yes you are safe and encouraged to have your RA drugs as prescribed . Look on the NRAS website xxx

Hello yes I have Etanercept and have had the Covid vaccine it is very safe and in fact I had no side effects afterwards, probably due to the protection the Etanercept gives me.

Hi Tracy1970, You can have the vaccine I have and all was fine. Take Oldtimers advive and check out on the link she has provided. Incidentally I'm am on the exact same meds as you.
