Ok thank you for your reply, I will wait for the decision letter, and go from there, 🤞, I no right it is sooo annoying its unbelievable what he's wrote , its like he has me mixed up with someone else, 🤣🤣🤣, thanks again.
Good luck, good advice from ajay x nras.org.uk have information on filling in the forms .They did have a great booklet but I dont think.thry can send it out at present, might be on their site though.
It's good you requested the Assessor's report (Consultation report form) but as you know that doesn't say what, if anything, has changed award-wise. Don't do anything just yet Julie, wait until you receive the DWP decision letter from the Decision Maker. You still have 30 days for a review from that date once you've received it.
I'd recommend not doing anything over the telephone regarding challenging the decision, if you need to, except requesting Mandatory Reconsideration. I'd really suggest doing it all in writing, keep a copy for yourself & send it signed for. Before that though use this time to write down what you think hasn't be understood correctly & word your reasons why with examples. So as an example, if the assessor has said you can prepare & cook your meals say that you buy pre cut veg/need help to lift pans/have a stool in the kitchen to sit on, things like that as apply to you. Don't just reply for example that it's not what you said, you need to explain why what the assessor has said isn't correct.
I don't know the situation with CAB is, if they can help you but let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
A change of circumstances is not the subject of an MR. I'd urge you to contact the CAB as there are 2 issues 1, the assessment is in error as you disagree with the report based on the information supplied and 2, your condition has changed so you need to reapply based on your current situation. So please do contact the CAB.
