Notes made and ready for appointment on Monday... Its a 2 hour drive and weather not looking good.

Feeling a bit shabby, lots of aches and pains, eyes gritty and well... just another RA day.

A shower and lots of movement tends to help, along with Naproxen and possibly Co-codamol . I will back to smiley face and optimistic outlook in an hour or so.

Yes it’s very cold here this morning, but at least the sun is out, which always makes me feel better however uncooperative my body is that day. Hope you have a good weekend and that your appointment on Monday is productive for you.
