Hi is anyone on biological Abatacept, some side affects I am experiencing pain in left side of head , stiffness in neck, cold sweats just lays a couple of days.

Any advice welcome.

Sorry to hear you have these side effects.I inject Abatacept every week and in fact today is my day.I havent had any side effects but of course everyone is different. Can you discuss this with your rheumatologist for answers.Reassurance helps

Odd to see this. I have been on Abatacept for over three years. I have had pain in the left side of my head, and neck problems for a long time, but hadn't thought of linking it with the Abatacept. I also get episodes of sweating.

It's my fifth biologic, and although I still struggle at times it has been the best.

Your post has given me food for thought.

Hi Angels, I have Abatacept injections too, but luckily have not suffered any side effects. I would advise speaking to your Rheumatology team. Do hope you feel better soon. Take care.
