Just had another letter from Matt Hancock dated 20th December saying I should be following extra precautionary shielding regulations. Bit late now!

How/where do you think they are picking it up? Are they working... mixing with people who are not being careful? The only people I know who have died from it have been elderly with active underlying health problems..but the younger people who have tested positive...but not needed to go into hospital, have had what they describe as mild flu....& are recovering well.

Not that one wants to catch it ...but it’s a relief to know that not everybody is seriously ill with it.

Their children in these people and they are in their 40’s ... one is 55 and they don’t have underlying health conditions. One of them had pneumonia over 10 years ago.

But in the last para it says all 6 pages are only advisory.....so why bother sending/reading it.....surely the staff have more to do than send the same letter over & over?Surely if we got it first time around & we are still here to read this issue...we have got the message & we are doing the right thing?

I received an e mail this time it was in good time whereas the first time the letter was 3 weeks late and 2nd time nearly a week!!! 😉we know what to do now, we are experts😂
