I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas 🎄🎄🎄

I do hope that people all over the country now abide by the rules set out yesterday but I won’t be holding my breath. I was watching the news this morning and they showed one train station in London and it was absolutely jam packed. Unfortunately i am one of the millions in tier 4 now. Luckily for me my daughter and 3 teenage granddaughters are close by and will shop for last minute bits for me for which I am extremely grateful as there are absolutely no delivery or collection slots available at any supermarket. I have checked them all. Anyway stay safe everyone

Thank you Mary. I love your tree. No I'm not holding my breath either. I'm sure lots of people will be sensible but there will always be those who won't be- as we've seen throughout the pandemic. I suspect many will ignore the Christmas rules. It would have been just the two of us on Christmas Day anyway but we will miss seeing family and friends at other times as the holiday period is the only time we can all get together. Wishing you and yours a Happy Christmas and here's hoping things improve asap next year. Look after yourself and stay safe, Maria 🐰

Your tree is stunning.You have made a super effort.I do feel for those in tier 4 .We are in tier 3 and first of all thought we would join you.We usually go away for Xmas but not this year.We have been invited to one of the sons but with extended family there it’s too risky.Just us and the chicken this year ! My sister lives in same village as us but her day will be with her son.Lots of people’s plans have been scuppered but best to stay alive.Bet loads ignore it.Our neighbour has never abided by rules.Always lots of people there.Can’t wait til the vaccine.Merry Xmas all🎄☃️🍾
