Problems so quickly

Morning ,i was told to stop my meds dueto bloods being off . Metho and Lef my query is 2weeks of no meds and im in right pickle hands ,shoulders,and knees like iwas in beginning. Surely this isnt due to no meds so quickly could it possibly be a flare. Only had RA (positive agressive apparently) just over ayear. Anyone any ideas plz

It’s probably a combination of the two. If your disease was active before you stopped your meds then it will just take off🥺hope you can start some meds soon. X

If you come off your meds then yes of course you are likely to flare. I’ve been off mtx for two weeks before and have flared. One week off and I’m ok but two off and I’m not. I hope you get the issue sorted soon or are given something else.

It may well depend on how long you've been taking them. I found LEF made the RA worse for a couple of weeks then it just worked and worked well for years. I don't know about MTX sorry.
