Swollen fingers

Well at last I think I have figured out how to send photos my right hand fingers are swollen just sent for a finger splint I will let you no if it’s any good 😷🤞

From what I’ve read some saying on here.. they’re a really good idea and especially with fingers? I have to wear wrist one’s and it does ease the pain there a lot.

A wrist splint eases the pain in wrists because it holds the joint in its correct position where it doesn’t compress a nerve which is usually the cause of the pain....that doesn’t usually apply with fingers.

I use Oval 8 finger splints as mine are badly deformed/drifted (a boutonnière and a swan neck and general wonkiness of the right hand!). Hope it helps. 🙏

Speak to your doctors if you are expecting a finger splint to do anything to straighten your fingers.

Very interested as my right hand is a mess! Some mornings it looks like a bunch of bananas!
