Hi hope everyone is coping well ??? I’m still waiting on my appointment for my elbow surgery I’m having it done at Nuffield in Leeds the PAIN has been horrendous these past few days anybody any ideas ???

You could always telephone and ask where you are on the list ....either to the hospital or speak to your surgeon secretary.

He said 2 to 3 weeks that was last Sunday

I have a shot elbow too and need surgery, any inflammation in the elbow joint will make the pain from a damaged elbow ten times worse, so ice, anti inflammatory drugs or steroid injection will help. Also sports strapping below the elbow joint helps with the pain. Are you able to bend it?

You have my full empathy, elbow pain is hell especially at night. I hope you don't have to wait too long, keep ringing the secretary, until you get a surgery date. Best of luck x
