I have been fighting this since last September and only told it was in my lungs when a new dr got me a ct scan. xxx

I just watched that on Fb and was about to share... lying on the back is dangerous with COVID-19 but the breathing demonstrated could save lives.

P.S. Safer to the exercise sitting on a firm upright chair initially. If not used to breathing so deeply, I rec start smaller to avoid dizziness .
