Swollen foot

Hi, I am on Humira and off the medrol(methlyprednisone) and the Humira is working, Yea! But now I have a swollen foot, only one because I am an amputee. Don't know why it is swollen. After effect from prednisone or Humira or just RA in general?

So pleased to hear you’re now on Humira and that it seems to be working. But the steroid will have been masking some of the effects of the RD. The swollen foot is probably because you’re not taking steroids now but a call to your Rheumy to register the problem is also a good idea.

So glad the Humira is working. Swollen foot most likely RA . Rest and elevation. Reflexology great for RA and lymphatic drainage. Should ease discomfort. Hope this helps.

Should have said. If you have coldness or discoloration in foot or toes I recommend a visit to Gp fairly promptly

no discoloration and not cols. Foot is always warm so I take my slipper off at night

it doesn't seem to go down. It doesn't hurt and its not discolored but it is just above my toes
