don't overdo it with RD (still a work in progress)

don't feel guilty about being different to the old you

have a laugh even on the bad days it releases good hormone thingy bobs

be prepared to change to make life work for you

give hubby lots of hugs and kisses to remind him that I love him thro all this

read a lot but dont expect answers and DONT read google as if a bible

fab friends get it, aquaintances don't

do what is right for you

IF I am going to be stubborn be stubborn on things that make life better not make me poorly!

Balletmum71 I have a long way to go on learning about my RD but I learnt a lot already in 6months and will try to tackle 2020 with a slightly more controlled manner. Though my hubby is convinced he will have to rugby tackle me to stop me some days.
