I’m having a lot of painful leg cramps in both legs and my feet are always cold so Iv bought some bed sock 🤞crossed they work for me tonight 👍

HiBeth72.I had this problem and was given Quinine sulphate tablets from my GP and they work really well

I will make an appointment tomorrow with the GP thx I’m going to ask if I can have some because it’s very painful 😖 thx for your reply x

I get dreadful leg cramps, just thought I had to put up with them , so thank you will contact my GP

A good tonic water works for me - quinine with bubbles (and sometimes gin)
