Medway NRAS Group
Meetings of the Medway NRAS Group take place at Gillingham Methodist Church, 100 Third Avenue, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2LU from 7pm-9pm.
2nd December - Pre-Christmas social evening
Gloucester NRAS Group
The Gloucester NRAS Group meet at 2&6 Therapy Rooms, Wainbridge House, Shepherd Road, Gloucester, GL2 5EL from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
3rd December - Tai Chi for Arthritis
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
